So, it was in June 1985, I think, that I went to see the old go-cart track mentioned in a previous post... an amusement built in the 1970's, I think, on top of the old site of Gestapo Headquarters, near Wilhelmstrasse, the old government axis when the Nazis ran the country, back then, in the days of the parallel Manchurian Government, far away on another axis, to the East. I tend to think of this other Axis as the "cathodic direction", as in this passage from "cathode" in Wikipedia:
